I think the deeper into specialty coffee one gets, the more the lives of the farmers matter, and the higher the priority sourcing ethically becomes.

It’s at least heartwarming to know that there are people in the coffee industry that give serious thought to these things, who don’t simply by whatever’s cheap and decent, sell, and forget about it. Thanks for the insight!
