Right now we’ve got a Papua New Guinea peaberry that’s going down a storm. But it’s got some stiff competition from the Sulawesi Toraja, a coffee with a huge, heavy body and a smokey-sweet flavour. The newest addition to the board is the fragrant, apple-y sweet Panama.
